目的观察右美托咪啶(dexmedetomidine,DEX)对开颅手术患者术前术后24h(格拉斯哥昏迷指数评分GCS)、简易精神状态评价表(MMSE)和术后1月GCS评分的影响,探讨DEX有无脑保护的作用。方法 45例择期开颅手术患者随机分成:C组、DEXⅠ组、DEXⅡ组。术前术后24h对所有患者进行GCS、MMSE评分,术后1月进行GCS评分,并计算ΔMMSE、ΔGCS。结果 1.术后24h DEXⅠ组和DEXⅡ组MMSE评分都显著高于C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2.三组术前术后GCS评分及术后一月GCS评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论右美托咪啶能改善开颅手术患者术后早期神经功能评分,有脑保护作用。 |

Objective To observe the effect of dexmedetomidine( DEX) on Glasgow Coma Scale( GCS) and Mini Mental State Examination( MMSE) scores 24 hours before surgery and 24 hours after surgery,and change of Glasgow Outcome Scale( GCS) scores 1 month after sugery in patients undergoing craniotomy,and to explore neuroprotective effect of DEX.Mthods: Forty five patients undergoing craniotomy were randomly divided into 3 groups: blank control group( group C),group DEXⅠ,group DEXⅡ.GCS,MMSE scores were determined 24 hours before and after operation in all patients,GCS scores were assessed 1 month after operation,and calculated the ΔMMSE( the difference of MMSE between preoperative and postoperative).Results 1.MMSE scores24 hrs postoperative were no significance between Group DEXⅠand group DEXⅡ( P > 0. 05),but were significantly higher than group C( P<0. 05). 2. There were no significant difference in GCS and GCS scores among three groups. Conclusion DEX could improve MMSE scores early postoperative and had the neuroprotective effect. |
