目的探究激励式护理联合健康教育对慢性重型肝炎患者自我护理能力及生活质量的影响。方法选取我院自2015年1月至2016年12月收治的慢性重型肝炎患者221例,以2015年11月为节点,将之前收治的患者定为对照组,反之为观察组。对照组110例实施常规护理,观察组111例在对照组基础上行激励式护理联合健康教育。比较两组患者配合度、不良事件发生率和住院时间,运用自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)、健康调查简表(SF-36)评价两组患者的自我护理能力及生活质量。结果观察组患者的配合度为82.88%,明显高于对照组的68.18%;前者住院时间为(13.26±2.20)d,比后者(16.41±2.32)d时间更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良事件发生率比较,观察组(0.73%)优于对照组(2.68%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组ESCA、SF-36评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组两项评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规护理基础上,对慢性重型肝炎患者行激励式护理联合健康教育,可显著提高患者配合度,降低不良反应发生率,缩短住院时间;提升患者自我护理能力及生活质量,值得临床及护理技术推广、采用。 |

Objective To explore the effect of motivational nursing combined with health education on self-nursing ability and quality of life of patients with chronic severe hepatitis.
