目的探讨肾动态显像满空针计数采集间隔诊视床对测定肾小球滤过率的影响。方法对43例患者进行肾动态显像测定GFR值。采集满空针计数时利用不间隔诊视床探头上30cm、间隔诊视床肾脏高度两种方法采集,用Gate’s法将两种采集结果代入后处理软件手动勾画感兴趣区(ROI)计算GFR,将两组数据进行比较,同时将两组数据与双血浆法结果进行比较。结果两种方案下,GFR的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),间隔床板肾脏高度测定结果更接近双血浆法,不间隔诊视床测定结果会出现假性减低。结论满空针计数采集与肾脏计数采集和显像应在同一条件下进行,避免GFR值出现假性减低。 |

Objective To investigate the effect of renal dynamic imaging with empty needle count acquisition interval and thrust bed on the measurement of glomerular filtration rate. Methods Renal dynamic imaging was performed in 43 patients to measure GFR.When collecting with an empty needle count,non-interval diagnosis bed probe 30 cm and interval diagnosis bed at the height of kidney were used. The two results were brought in the post-processing software manual sketch interested area( ROI) to measure GFR,and at the same time they would be compared with the result of double plasma methods. Results Under the two schemes,the difference of GFR was statistically significant( P<0. 05),and the result of interval diagnosis bed at the height of kidney was closer to the double plasma method,at the same time there was less false in the result of the non-interval diagnosis bed probe 30 cm.Conclusion The total null needle count collection and the kidney count collection with imaging should be performed under the same condition to avoid the false reduction of GFR value |
